Qualifications

• BSc in Food Technology is required; postgraduate business education is an advantage.
• 7+ years selling to the food/ingredients industry in the Philippines; total 10 years preferred.
• Commercial/selling skills, pricing, competitor intelligence, market knowledge, operations management & organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• P&L: deliver top line growth and profitability.
• Solution selling: develop and execute long-term growth strategy and support customers to differentiate us.
• Budgeting: prepare annual sales/expense budgets and manage variances.
• People management: drive execution and accountability of the team.
• Operational excellence: manage AR collection turnover, demand forecast, inventory levels, and cost control.
• Channel: expand Ingredion exposure to end users across food & beverage categories.
• Innovation: identify opportunities, manage projects into the pipeline, shorten turnaround.
• Competitive intelligence: monitor market to maintain Ingredion's competitive position.
