Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd. is initiating the Philippines Development Centre in Iloilo City.

You will lead the operational launch, overseeing recruitment, infrastructure setup, and line management to enable a high-performing technical organization. This role will drive global software delivery, insurance product support, and services from the new centre. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years leading software delivery teams, strong English communication, and a strategic but hands-on approach.

Qualifications

Completed higher education.
Strong leadership in software delivery teams (10+ FTEs).
Fluency in business English and cross-cultural communication.
Experience with core platform development and QA processes.
Ability to align UK-based leadership with local execution.

Responsibilities

Lead the operational launch of the Philippines Development Centre.
Oversee recruitment, infrastructure setup, and line management.
Build and manage multidisciplinary teams across development, QA, and product analysis.
Ensure delivery quality via KPIs and quality frameworks.
Collaborate with UK leadership on strategy and timelines.
Drive continuous improvement for efficiency and engagement.
