Job summary

GECO Philippines, part of the GECO Asia Group, is seeking a Software QA Support to kickstart your global career. Fresh grads to mid-levels will test insurance product configurations, collaborate with developers and analysts, and ensure end-to-end quality across markets.

Based in Iloilo City onsite, you will join a diverse international team with training from Poland, the UK, and Singapore, and enjoy growth opportunities through regular salary reviews and skills development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (B2) and able to work with distributed teams.
Willingness to learn QA tools such as Jira and TestRail.
Able to analyze logs and report bugs clearly.
Familiarity with XML/JSON/SQL or scripting is a plus.
Willing to work shifts overlapping UK hours.

Responsibilities

Design, execute, and maintain test plans and cases for insurance configurations.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across products/regions.
Support release activities by validating bug fixes and smoke tests.
Collaborate with developers and analysts to define acceptance criteria.
Analyze change impacts and identify gaps in requirements.
Validate data flows and system behavior with internal tools.
Log, track, and retest defects to ensure resolution.
Contribute to QA process improvements and standards.
Document tests and results in Confluence for future cycles.
Generate test reports for stakeholders.
