Job summary

The Philippines market is being developed by a global animal nutrition company seeking a Country Manager to lead the business from Manila.

This hybrid role reports to regional leadership, will manage a sales team, drive growth in poultry and swine, and navigate local regulatory requirements.

Based in Manila with 1 day in the office, you will build relationships with customers and distributors and represent the company locally.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a commercial or sales team in animal nutrition or related fields.
• Strong technical grounding in monogastric/aqua nutrition is a plus.
• Ability to navigate regulatory and documentation requirements in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Philippines commercial team and sales/account managers.
• Drive business development and growth across poultry and swine segments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, distributors and industry stakeholders.
• Manage regulatory documentation and processes to operate in the Philippine market.
• Represent the company as the local face and grow market presence.
