Job summary

Precision Development (PxD) is seeking a strategic Country Launch Manager to lead the launch and early growth of PxD’s flagship program in the Philippines. You will represent PxD to government counterparts and key partners.

As the first PxD staff member in-country, you will develop partnerships, manage stakeholder engagement, and scale evidence-based programs while navigating local regulations and a dynamic operating environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Economics, Public Policy, Dev., etc).
• 7+ years of experience in management, policy, or international development.
• Proven experience leading data-driven programs and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead establishment and early growth of PxD's flagship program in the Philippines.
• Build senior-level relationships with government agencies, donors, and partners.
• Develop partnerships, manage vendor and local partner agreements, and donor materials.
• Contribute to funding proposals and donor-facing materials.
• Develop an evidence-based impact strategy and oversee program design.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, resourcing, and delivery milestones.
