Responsibilities

• Knowledge and implementation of end-to-end customer experience strategies, including customer research, strategy, vision & design.
• Develop strategy solutions from brand strategy to tactical social, content and influencer strategies.
• Use data and qualitative insights to uncover consumer trends and inform strategic approaches.
• Read and interpret social media conversations to understand behavior across platforms.
• Create compelling decks detailing ideas and insights for buy-in.
