• Provide exceptional service and care, and respond to patient questions related to PhilHealth.
• Facilitate the efficient processing of patients' PhilHealth benefits and claims.
• Prepare PhilHealth Claim Form 2 (CF2).
• Receive and check PhilHealth forms and requirements submitted by patients.
• Prepare and process patients' claims and file waivers to the PhilHealth office.
• Coordinate with the Billing section for accurate deduction of PhilHealth.
• Collect claim checks from PhilHealth every week.
• Update and prepare weekly PhilHealth aging and comparative reports.
• Maintain all files relative to PhilHealth claims.
• File patients' charts and updates as necessary.
