Job summary

AJS Pharma, Inc is seeking a Registered Pharmacist (Retail Pharmacy) to oversee daily pharmacy operations in a fast-paced retail setting. You will ensure regulatory compliance, dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, manage inventory, and support store operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and a PRC license, with at least 6 months retail experience and strong communication skills. This on-site role offers opportunities to ensure safe dispensing and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required.
• Registered and licensed pharmacist (PRC) required.
• Retail pharmacy experience a plus (6 months preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Review and dispense prescriptions with accuracy and proper documentation.
• Counsel customers on proper use, dosage, and storage of medicines.
• Monitor inventory and ensure availability of essential and fast-moving medicines.
• Ensure proper storage, display, and FEFO procedures for medicines.
• Maintain regulatory documents including LTO, permits, and pharmacy records.
• Validate Senior Citizen and PWD transactions per regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and therapeutic arrangement of medicines.
• Coordinate with store management and regulatory agencies during inspections.
• Support store operations and guide pharmacy staff as needed.
