Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• At least 5 years in retail or pharmaceutical operations, with 2–3 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises daily operations of all pharmacy branches.
• Monitors sales, inventory, and operational metrics to achieve targets.
• Ensures compliance with government and company regulations for pharmaceutical retail.
• Implements standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
• Leads and develops Store Heads and branch personnel to enhance performance.
• Participates in budgeting, sales forecasting, and area planning.
• Coordinates cross-functional operations and communicates corporate policies.
