Job Description
- Location: Catolico Ave., Lagao, General Santos City
- Salary Range: 28,000-33,000

- Time of Work: Monday to Thursday (8:00AM-6:00PM); Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee daily operations of Rose Pharmacy branches, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.
- Lead and develop branch personnel, manage training and performance, foster a culture of accountability and customer focus.
- Drive business growth through market analysis, expansion planning, and budgeting, while ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross‑functional operations, communicate corporate policies, and monitor performance to recommend improvements for operational excellence.
Operations Management
- Directs and supervises daily operations of all assigned pharmacy branches to ensure smooth and efficient store performance.
- Monitors sales, inventory, and operational metrics to achieve area targets and profitability goals.
- Ensures strict compliance with government and company regulations related to pharmaceutical retail operations.
- Implements standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality across stores.
People Management
- Leads, motivates, and develops Store Heads and branch personnel to enhance performance and productivity.
Business Development and Planning
- Identifies potential sites for new store openings or expansion.
- Analyzes market trends and customer needs to develop area growth strategies.
- Prepares and submits area business plans and reports to management.
- Participates in budget preparation, sales forecasting, and target setting.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensures all branches comply with DOH, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitors adherence to company policies on pharmacy operations, product handling, and customer service.
- Coordinates with quality assurance and audit teams to address compliance gaps.
Communication and Coordination
- Conducts regular area meetings to align store operations with company objectives.
- Communicates corporate updates, policies, and initiatives to store teams.
- Coordinates with other departments to resolve operational concerns.
- Represents the company in handling major issues or concerns within the area.
Reporting and Administration
- Consolidates and validates store performance reports for management review.
- Submits timely and accurate reports on sales, manpower, and operational activities.
- Recommends process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in retail or pharmaceutical operations, with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with retail management systems.
- Willing to travel within Samar and Visayas.
