Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or any related field.
- Preferably with 1–5 years of experience in retail or pharmacy management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Willing to be assigned in various branches as needed.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily store operations to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management — including ordering, receiving, and monitoring of medicines and supplies to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, DOH, and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor store sales performance and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage and train staff (pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and cashiers) to maintain service quality and compliance with company standards.
- Ensure accurate dispensing and documentation of prescriptions in coordination with the Registered Pharmacist.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and other operational documents to the head office.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols.
