Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Pharmacy, Pharmacy-related course, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Pharmacy Assistant certification or relevant pharmacy experience is an advantage.
• Experience in a pharmacy, hospital, clinic, medicine fulfillment, or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic pharmacy operations and medicine handling.
• Basic computer skills, particularly in data entry and inventory systems.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy when handling medicine orders.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in receiving, preparing, packing, and releasing medicine orders.
• Encode and process prescriptions, medicine orders, and customer information accurately.
• Verify medicine names, quantities, and other order details before processing.
• Monitor medicine inventory, stock levels, expiration dates, and storage conditions.
• Assist in receiving and organizing incoming medicines and pharmacy supplies.
• Prepare medicines and orders for delivery while ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper arrangement of the pharmacy or fulfillment area.
• Maintain accurate records of medicine releases, returns, and inventory transactions.
