The ideal candidate will have NCIII Pharmacy Assistant certification and relevant experience in clinic or retail pharmacy, with proficiency in dispensing systems and POS equipment.

Formación

• Graduate of a Pharmacy Assistant/Pharmacy Technician course.
• NCIII Pharmacy Assistant holder.
• Experience in a clinic or retail pharmacy setting preferred.
• Proficient with dispensing systems, e-prescription software, and POS equipment.
• Knowledgeable about pharmaceutical products, dosage forms, and inventory procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Pharmacist in dispensing and preparing prescribed medications accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, process, and label prescriptions according to SOPs.
• Maintain and update patient medication records and pharmacy files.
• Ensure proper storage, organization, and handling of drugs and supplies.
• Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory management, and prepare requisitions for replenishment.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties such as encoding, filing, and record-keeping.
• Provide information and assistance to patients courteously and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pharmacy area.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Operate the medicine machine.
