Job summary

QC HUB branch in the Philippines is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support day-to-day pharmacy operations, assist customers, handle cash, and help the online pharmacist with order processing and delivery verification.

You will create and maintain patient profiles, check expiry dates, prepare and label medicines, and use the store system to generate labels and stock lists, contributing to safe, accurate, and timely medication delivery.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, Viber messages and messenger communications and perform clerical work in the pharmacy
• Operate the cash register
• Handle money transactions
• Create and maintain patient profiles
• Check for expired medications
• Use store's computer systems to generate labels and stock lists
• Sell over the counter medicines
• Pre-pack, assemble and label medicines
• Advise other healthcare professionals about safe and effective medicines use, and safe and secure supply of medicines
• Ensure all items are checked by the Online pharmacist before delivery to respective areas
• Assist Online pharmacist with processing online orders
