Optum Philippines is seeking a Marketing Enablement specialist to craft sales-ready assets and materials across pharmacy growth teams. You will translate complex product and clinical inputs into compelling narratives for executives and field teams.

You’ll partner with marketing, sales, product, and compliance teams to ensure accurate, compliant content. The role is hybrid, onsite at One Ayala with regular collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing, sales enablement or related function.
• Experience creating sales-facing materials and collateral.
• Ability to manage a high-volume queue with quick turnaround.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint/Word/Excel/Outlook.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
