• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for clear messaging.
• Excellent prioritization and time-management to balance multiple deadlines.
• Judgment on content reuse vs customization and compliance concerns.
