Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years auditing experience in customer care.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and assess impact.
• Ability to work flexibly with the team to ensure timely delivery.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office.
• Amenable to onsite work in Taguig with flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pharmacy claims audits as requested by operations and management.
• Collaborate with pharmacy facilities to review documentation for compliance with program rules.
• Exercise independent judgment to determine corrective actions for noncompliant claims and communicate findings to pharmacies.
• Document audit details and provide summaries to management.
• Provide interpretation and guidance on project guidelines, SOPs, and procedures.
• Evaluate regulations and SOPs to assist planning, scheduling, conducting, reporting, and closing audits.
