Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensuring proper storage of Pharmacy Warehouse items by arranging items received neatly and orderly, on their respective shelves and cabinets on FEFO policy.
• Ensuring correct and timely preparation, delivery, and pick-up of pharmaceutical products and supplies by delivering medicines and supplies to and from the Pharmacy dispensing area, and preparing replacements correctly and on-time.
• Assisting the pharmacists in the day-to-day distributive aspect of pharmacy operations according to SOPs and processes.
• Maintaining pharmacy warehouse records and reports.
• Assists in the delivery and pick-up of medicines and supplies by delivering medicines and supplies to and from the Pharmacy dispensing area.
• Assists in the purchase requisitions of Main Pharmacy are processed and documented.

The Medical City South Luzon is searching for an experienced Pharmacy Attendant to join the team and help lead the organization to the next level. This role is responsible for assisting the pharmacists in the warehousing, dispensing, and or administrative / distributive aspect of pharmacy operations based on established standard operating procedures and processes which includes general housekeeping, monitoring of pharmaceutical products, handling of pharmaceutical products, arrangement, display, of pharmaceutical products, and clerical work involving the inventory of pharmaceutical products and monitoring equipment and other tasks assigned by the pharmacist.

Who Are We Looking For?

An effective Pharmacy Attendant must possess the following skills:
