Job summary

The Medical City South Luzon invites applicants for a Pharmacy Attendant to assist pharmacists in warehousing, dispensing, and administrative distributive tasks following established SOPs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
• Preferably with at least 6 months of clerical experience in hospital or warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring proper storage of Pharmacy Warehouse items by arranging items received neatly and orderly, on their respective shelves and cabinets on FEFO policy.
• Ensuring correct and timely preparation, delivery, and pick-up of pharmaceutical products and supplies by delivering medicines and supplies to and from the Pharmacy dispensing area, and preparing replacements correctly and on-time.
• Assisting the pharmacists in the day-to-day distributive aspect of pharmacy operations according to SOPs and processes.
• Maintaining pharmacy warehouse records and reports.
• Assists in the delivery and pick-up of medicines and supplies by delivering medicines and supplies to and from the Pharmacy dispensing area.
• Assists in the purchase requisitions of Main Pharmacy are processed and documented.
