Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years in related PV roles.
• At least one year in leadership.
• Experience with PV systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide PV oversight as a subject matter expert.
• Supervise workload, give performance feedback, and conduct reviews.
• Demonstrate leadership, coach, mentor PV staff.
• Make decisions aligned with company policies and guidelines.
• Handle staffing, including hiring, scheduling, and training.
• Foster teamwork and communicate departmental needs to management.
• Review cases for training feedback and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain work instructions, training materials, and templates.
• Identify training needs for PV staff and ensure competency.
• Contribute to SOPs, processes, and continuous improvement.
• Support client implementation with meetings and process explanations.
• Perform billable PV work to meet utilization targets.
