Job summary

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation headquartered in the Philippines. The PV Associate role in Manila offers a hybrid work setup, blending in-office and remote work to monitor and ensure the safety of pharmaceutical products.

You will collect and review adverse event reports, perform signal detection and risk assessments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support safety inquiries and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific or healthcare field.
• At least 2 years in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or related area.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to data collection and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (2-3x a week in Makati City).

Responsibilities

• Collect adverse event reports and ensure accurate, timely reporting per regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct signal detection and risk assessment to identify potential safety issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support safety inquiries and investigations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and industry best practices.
• Assist in preparing safety reports and regulatory submissions.
