Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Pharmacovigilance professional in Taguig, Philippines, to perform case processing, data entry, and narrative writing while ensuring data quality and compliance throughout the workflow.

Pharmacy graduates with or without an active license are welcome; Nursing graduates will be considered. 1–2 years of safety case processing experience in pharmacovigilance databases is preferred; onsite training with a transition to a hybrid schedule (3x onsite per week) in Taguig.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy graduates with or without active license; Nursing graduates may be considered.
• 1–2 years of safety case processing experience in Pharmacovigilance databases such as Veeva Safety Database or Argus.

Responsibilities

• Perform case processing activities including book-in, data entry, narrative writing (I-Narrative) and medical/product coding.
• Conduct quality checks using online QC tools and ensure completeness of case documentation.
• Manage end-to-end case workflow including routing, closure/lock and labeling activities (USPI labeling) per procedures and timelines.
