Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking Pharmacy graduates (with or without a license) and Nursing graduates for pharmacovigilance case processing roles in Taguig, Philippines.

The role requires 1–2 years of safety case processing experience in databases such as Veeva or Argus. During training, candidates will work onsite; production-based work will be hybrid, with 3x onsite per week in Taguig.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy graduates with or without active license are eligible.
• Nursing graduates will be considered.
• 1-2 years of safety case processing experience in Pharmacovigilance Safety databases like Veeva Safety Database, Argus.

Responsibilities

• Perform case processing activities: book-in, data entry, narrative writing, and medical/product coding.
• Conduct quality checks using online QC tools and ensure completeness of case documentation.
• Manage end-to-end case workflow, including case routing, closure/lock, and labeling activities in line with procedures.
