Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Pharmacovigilance professional in Taguig, Philippines, to perform case processing, data entry, and narrative writing while ensuring data quality and compliance throughout the workflow.

Pharmacy graduates with or without an active license are welcome; Nursing graduates will be considered. 1–2 years of safety case processing experience in pharmacovigilance databases is preferred; onsite training with a transition to a hybrid schedule (3x onsite per week) in Taguig.

• Manage end-to-end case workflow including routing, closure/lock and labeling activities (USPI labeling) per procedures and timelines.

• Conduct quality checks using online QC tools, perform un-blinding (when required), and ensure completeness and accuracy of case documentation.
• Manage end-to-end case workflow, including case routing, case closure/lock, and labeling activities, including USPI labeling, in compliance with established procedures and timelines.
