Qualifications

• Pharmacy graduates required with or without active license.
• Nursing graduates will be considered.
• 1 to 2 years of safety case processing experience in Pharmacovigilance Safety databases like Veeva Safety Database, Argus.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work full onsite during training and hybrid (3x onsite per week) upon production in Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Case Processing: Perform book-in, data entry, and narrative writing.
• Coding: Handle medical and product coding.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks using online tools.
• Workflow Management: Manage case routing, closure, and USPI labeling.
