You will ensure cGMP/HACCP ISO 22000 adherence, oversee stability testing and regulatory filings with FDA, and drive safe, compliant product development. The role emphasizes verification of packaging claims and labeling, strong knowledge of food safety laws, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy with professional license (RPh) and relevant advanced training.
• Certified in cGMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000.
• Experience with stability testing, microbiological controls, and bromatology.
• Familiar with FDA registration and labeling requirements for nutraceuticals.

Responsibilities

• Enforce cGMP and HACCP while overseeing chemical and microbiological testing for safety and shelf-life.
• Develop and optimize formulas for nutraceuticals and functional foods to ensure stability.
• Manage product registrations with health authorities and verify labeling compliance.
