Job summary

USANA Philippines seeks a Corporate Pharmacist to oversee product regulatory compliance and registration. You will provide scientific counsel, ensure accuracy of claims in labels and marketing, and work with ethics on substantiation across channels.

The role includes preparing licensing documentation, training teams, proofreading technical content, and coordinating with logistics for samples. Travel may be required for events and brand partner activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
• Current PRC license as a pharmacist.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and business training skills.
• Detail- and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle product regulatory compliance and registration.
• Provide technical and scientific counsel across the organization.
• Ensure labelling, marketing, and claims are accurate and substantiated.
• Handle product registration with the FDA (BFAD) and prepare documentation for licensing and launches.
• Write the health column for the newsletter and website.
• Coordinate with ethics on product claims across social media and materials.
• Proofread technical terms in labels and formulations.
• Conduct product training and assist with events.
• Manage product retention samples with warehouse/logistics.
• Travel to other cities/provinces for events (weekends/nights).
