Job summary

Beauty Elements Ventures Manufacturing Inc. in the Philippines seeks a licensed pharmacist to lead quality and compliance for nutraceuticals and functional foods.

You will ensure cGMP/HACCP ISO 22000 adherence, oversee stability testing and regulatory filings with FDA, and drive safe, compliant product development. The role emphasizes verification of packaging claims and labeling, strong knowledge of food safety laws, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy with professional license (RPh) and relevant advanced training.
• Certified in cGMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000.
• Experience with stability testing, microbiological controls, and bromatology.
• Familiar with FDA registration and labeling requirements for nutraceuticals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Pharmacy with professional license (RPh), ideally complemented by additional training in Food Science or Industrial Pharmacy.
• Proven expertise and certification in standard manufacturing frameworks like cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and ISO 22000.
• Deep knowledge of stability testing, microbiological control, and bromatological analysis to safely formulate functional foods, dietary supplements, and nutraceuticals.
• Extensive understanding of food safety laws, mandatory nutritional labeling requirements, and the product registration processes mandated by regulatory bodies like the FDA.

Job Responsibilities

Enforcing cGMP and HACCP standards while overseeing chemical and microbiological testing to guarantee product safety, stability, and accurate shelf-life.

Developing and optimizing formulas for nutraceuticals, supplements, and functional foods to ensure active health ingredients remain stable and effective.

Managing product registrations with health authorities and verifying that packaging, health claims, and nutritional labeling are 100% legally compliant.
