Job summary

Cagayan United Doctors Medical Center in Tuguegarao, Philippines, seeks a licensed Pharmacist to ensure safe dispensing, preparation, storage and monitoring of medications in line with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

You will review prescriptions for dosage and interactions, maintain accurate records, counsel patients, and coordinate with physicians and nurses to support optimal care.

Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Must be a Registered Pharmacist with a valid PRC license.
• Fresh graduates and newly registered pharmacists are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy, patient safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
