Customer Service & Counseling:
Provide patient counseling on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and any necessary precautions.
Offer over-the-counter recommendations based on patient needs and conditions.
Inventory Management:

Ensure that expired medications are properly disposed of and that stock levels are regularly updated.
Regulatory Compliance:
