Grand Majesty Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist to oversee drugstore operations in Cogon Ramos, Cebu City, with the retail outlet in Carcar. The role requires 3–5 years in retail and at least 2 years as a supervisor, plus a registered pharmacist.

You will supervise daily store activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and strive for quality and customer service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
• 3–5 years working experience in Retail.
• At least 2 years work experience as Supervisor.
• Familiar with the implementation of Retail Operating Standards Possesses.
• Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Familiar with Point-of-Sale (POS) system.

• Responsible for the overall supervision of drugstore operations by planning, organizing, controlling and directing the daily activities of the store and ensuring customer satisfaction and service objectives.

JOB LEVEL REQUIRED: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Retail. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Supervisor and a Registered pharmacist.

OFFICE LOCATION: Cogon Ramos, Cebu City (landmark: near Sacred Heart Center)

RETAIL LOCATION: Carcar, Cebu

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• 20,000 – 27,000 monthly depending on experience and qualifications
