Rose Pharmacy Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our team. You will dispense medicines, counsel patients, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining accurate records and store operations.

The role also involves cash handling, inventory control, and collaboration with store management to deliver quality pharmaceutical service. A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and registration are required.

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy is required.
• Registered Pharmacist is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for correct dispensing of medicines and counseling to patients and customers.
• Monitors daily room and refrigerator temperatures.
• Takes charge and supervises dispensing of prescription medicines to patients and customers.
• Operates cashiering system and processes transactions accurately.
• Ensures accurate customer data entry for Senior Citizens and PWDs.
• Manages stock with FEFO in sales and storage areas.
• Displays products with correct price tags following planograms and guidelines.
• Supports promotional programs and requests POS materials as needed.
• May assist or transfer to other branches as required.

Responsibilities & Duties

Regulatory Compliance

• Responsible for correct dispensing of medicines and counseling to the medical needs of patients and customers.
• Monitors and records the room and refrigerator required temperature daily.
• Takes charge and supervise in serving prescription medicines to patients and customers.

Cashiering and Cash Management

• Operates cash register, ensures notes and coins adequacy, check notes or bills and credit card authenticity, manage loyalty cards for accurate points processing.
• Ensures accurate customer data entry for Senior Citizens and PWDs.
• Performs transactions accurately and issue official receipts for every transaction.

Inventory Management

• Ensures that store and display shelves are properly stocked and immediately inform Store Manager or Manager on Duty for any Out-of-Stock (OOS) or overstock issues.
• Always observe FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) in both sales area and storage areas and ensure that Storage Guidelines are followed to ensure product quality.

Store Management

• Displays products and correct price tags on designated product shelves in accordance with the company’s Regular Shelf Display (RSD), Off-the-Shelf (OSD) and Planogram (POG) guidelines.
• Performs timely and complete execution of Promotional programs like Hot Deals and Gondola end set-ups and feedback to Store Manager or Manager on Duty on lacking Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and/or insufficient products for display
• May perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Store Manager or Manager onduty if the need arises like OTC or Over the Counter deposits of Cash Sales and changing of loose bills and coins.
• May assist or transfer to other branch and render duty if the need arises.

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• Professional Qualification: Registered Pharmacist
