Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
• 3–5 years of retail experience required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Familiar with Retail Operating Standards.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Familiar with POS system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily drugstore operations at Cogon Ramos and Carcar retail locations.
• Plan, organize, control and direct the store's daily activities.
• Recommend and implement process improvements in quality and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure renewal of FDA & PDEA licenses and permits as applicable.
