Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the Philippines (Cavite region) to supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and safety while guiding a team to meet service levels.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations.

• At least 2 years supervisory experience in warehouse operations or distribution.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor productivity and drive KPIs like order fulfillment and service levels.
• Lead and develop warehouse personnel to meet company standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely fulfillment and delivery.
• Ensure safe, compliant warehouse environment and adherence to safety standards.
• Prepare and submit accurate operational reports and suggest improvements.
