Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching new products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing and product plans.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
• Identify growth opportunities and pricing strategies.
• Manage product launches, relaunches, and phase-outs.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Team to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct product presentations, clinical in-services, and training sessions.
• Provide technical and product knowledge support to clients and internal teams.
• Participate in key client meetings, bidding processes, and hospital presentations.
• Develop promotional materials and campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
• Organize and support medical conventions, product demos, and events.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), nephrologists, urologists, and hospital administrators.
• Prepare demand forecasts and coordinate with supply chain for inventory planning.
• Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Monitor product performance against sales and margin targets.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively.
• Prepare regular performance and business review reports.
