Job summary

Our Clients in Pasig City is seeking a Brand Manager to develop and execute brand strategies that drive growth and market opportunities. You will blend market analysis, business planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales to optimize performance.

The role requires strong brand, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities, with preference for pharmaceutical experience and a track record in marketing program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Management, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related field.
• Relevant Brand/PM/Marketing/Sales/Commercial experience required.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in brand strategy, market analysis, business planning and marketing programs.
• Strong understanding of sales performance, commercial data and P&L or A&P management.
• Experience with external partners, principals, KOLs or Key Accounts is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand strategies and business plans based on market trends and opportunities.
• Conduct market and sales analysis to identify growth actions.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing programs with Sales and other teams.
• Monitor brand performance, sales, P&L, contribution, and A&P spend.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on product forecasting and availability.
• Manage relationships with principals, KOLs and Key Accounts.
• Provide insights to teams and support capability-building activities.
• Monitor program execution and recommend improvements based on results.
