Crown Worldwide Group is seeking a Compliance Specialist in the Philippines to ensure adherence to laws, permits, licenses and regulatory reporting. You will monitor regulatory changes, file tax and regulatory reports, and coordinate with agencies and external counsel to support compliance controls.
The role requires a CPA-preferring degree, 3+ years in regulatory / corporate compliance, and strong Excel skills.

The Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the Company's compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, licenses, and reporting requirements mandated by government agencies and regulatory bodies, including but not limited to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Philippine Economic
Zone Authority (PEZA), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bureau of Customs (BOC), Local
Government Units (LGUs), and other relevant authorities.
The role involves monitoring regulatory changes, preparing and filing compliance reports, coordinating with government agencies, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting internal stakeholders to ensure continued adherence to statutory and regulatory obligations.
