Pilmico Foods Corporation - Aboitiz Company in the Philippines seeks an E-commerce Specialist to grow our Pet Food portfolio across local platforms. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, the role will manage online stores, campaigns, and performance reporting across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Seller Center, while coordinating with Supply, Marketing, and Influencers.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in e-commerce or digital advertising, with hands-on platform experience and data analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years E-commerce operations or digital advertising.
• Platform expertise with Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Seller Center.
• Analytical mindset with data storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Store management: end-to-end setup and maintenance of online stores.
• Campaign calendar support and execution across marketplaces.
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports (GMV, Net Sales, Conversions).
• Coordinate platform operations with marketplace managers and partners.
• Engage influencers; assist in digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Address customer inquiries and maintain a positive online experience.
