Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Communications, or any related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing and e-commerce, with supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other digital marketplaces.
• Experience in managing digital marketing activities, including social media, content, paid advertising, and online promotions.
• Knowledgeable in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, product listing, pricing, promotions, and sales performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret marketing and e-commerce data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to supervise, coach, and develop team members.
• Strong communication, coordination, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with digital marketing and analytics tools is an advantage.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple marketing and e-commerce initiatives simultaneously.
