Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage every interaction with a customer by providing outstanding service, maintaining high professional standards.
• Understand a pet's health, lifestyle and requirements to inform product information and benefits.
• Treat irate customers with respect and handle inquiries with professionalism.
• Document and forward product feedback from customers.
• Assist customers as needed.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through telesales, upselling and cross-selling.
• Implement sales strategies and marketing efforts; propose strategies to Store Exec.
• Handle product inquiries and ensure cashiering and POS standards are observed.
• Encourage customers to sign up for the membership card.
• Learn products via in-store materials or self-study.
• Attend product trainings and complete examinations.
• Share knowledge with co-workers.
