Job summary

One Food Group is seeking a licensed Agriculturist to lead General Pest Control efforts in Quezon City. The role schedules treatments, dispatches applicators, inspects stores, and designs integrated pest management plans to eliminate pests.

You will travel within and outside NCR, perform fieldwork, and prepare reports and cost estimates. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with shifting schedules and varying site conditions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Agriculturist license.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel within and outside NCR.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and supervises General Pest Control treatments and identifies appropriate frequencies based on infestation level and audit results.
• Dispatches Applicators for inspections, treatment, and basic pest-proofing and structural repairs.
• Inspects stores for possible pest entries and harborage, and prepares reports
• Maintains records of treatments and findings and coordinates with brand QAs and 3rd party service providers for service level agreements and performance monitoring
• Sources chemicals, methods (spraying, misting), and tools.
• Conducts lab and in-store pilot tests of new chemicals, tools (sprayer, mister), and devices (traps)
• Inspects buildings and premises for signs of pests or infestation (roaches, flies and maggots, rats, termites, ants, bedbugs)
• Measures the dimensions of the area needing treatment
• Designs integrated pest management plans by determining the types and sequences of treatments needed to eliminate pests
• Estimate products (considering dosage and dilution) and tools needed, and prepares costing for the services
