Private Advertiser in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila is seeking a dedicated Personal Nurse for a full-time role, providing primary healthcare and nursing care for a male patient in residence or at required locations. The position involves medication administration, record-keeping, and emergency response.

The ideal candidate will have a valid nursing license, 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong clinical knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Nurse must hold a valid nursing license and be registered with the regulatory body.
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in Occupational Health or general medical-surgical settings.
• Strong clinical knowledge in nursing practices, patient assessment, and care delivery.
• Proficiency in administering medications, vaccinations, and routine procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• CPR and First Aid certification required; able to work independently and with management and external partners.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Nurse, full-time basis in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.

This role mainly focuses on medical care for a male patient with existing medical conditions in their residence or wherever the patient needs to be

Key responsibilities

• Providing primary healthcare services and nursing care, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of acute and chronic health conditions
• Administering medications, vaccinations, and other prescribed treatments in accordance with medical protocols and regulations
• Maintaining accurate and confidential medical records and documentation.
• Responding promptly to medical emergencies and providing first aid or emergency care as required
• Liaising with external healthcare providers, hospitals, and specialist services for employee referrals and follow-up care
• Maintaining and managing medical supplies and equipment.

What we’re looking for

• Male, with valid nursing licence and current professional registration with the appropriate nursing regulatory body
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in nursing, preferably in occupational health, workplace health services, or general medical and surgical nursing
• Strong clinical knowledge and competence in general nursing practices, patient assessment, and care delivery
• Proficiency in administering medications, vaccinations, and performing routine clinical procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work confidentially and professionally with employees at all levels
• Ability to remain calm and organised during medical emergencies and provide appropriate care
• Competence in health and safety protocols, occupational health regulations, and workplace compliance requirements
• Proficiency in medical record-keeping and familiarity with healthcare documentation systems
• Certification in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is essential
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with management and external healthcare partners
