Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Nursing professional to monitor health conditions of employees and ensure compliance with occupational safety standards. You will attend to daily health needs, administer first aid, dispense medications, and manage medical records while supporting on-site safety initiatives.

The role includes home visits at times and deliveries of medicines to staff. A valid PRC license and DOLE compliance knowledge are required, with a permanent dayshift and growth

Qualifications

• Experience handling emergencies and critical situations with diverse individuals.
• Familiar with DOLE regulatory guidelines and workplace safety rules.
• Registered Nurse with an active PRC license and good standing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor employees' health conditions and facilitate emergency transfers as needed.
• Administer first aid and basic life support when required.
• Dispense OTC drugs and prescribed medications accordingly.
• Maintain systematic filing/storage of pre-placement medical records.
• Validate Medical Certificates and issue Fit to Work as applicable.
• Maintain safety equipment and supplies in good condition.
• Conduct home visits upon OSH supervisor/manager request.
• Deliver medicine supplies to employees as needed.

Job description

This role will be primarily responsible for monitoring of employees' health conditionand ensuring compliance in Occupational Safety and Health Standards

What you'll do:

• Attend daily employee/client's health needs and facilitates transfer of patients that needs emergency care
• Administer first aid and basic life support when need arises
• Dispense over the counter drugs and prescribed medications accordingly.
• Manages, facilitate, and maintain systematic filing and storage of employees' records in matters of Pre-placement
• Perform on-time Medical Certificate validation and issuance of Fit to Work
• Maintain safety and health equipment, material, supplies, and protective devices in good condition
• Perform home visit upon request of OSH Supervisor/Manager
• Responsible in the delivery of medicine supplies to employees when need arises

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Experienced in dealing with all types of people, situation (particularly in an emergency and critical situation), and environment
• Experienced in DOLE Regulatory compliance
• Must be a Registered Nurse with active PRC license
