Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and highly skilled Private Nurse to provide personalized, high-quality nursing care to a private client in a home setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the client's health, administering medications, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring the client's comfort, safety, and overall well‑being while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care based on the client's medical needs and care plan.
• Monitor and assess vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and injections as ordered by the physician.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) when needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and document all nursing interventions.
• Coordinate appointments and communicate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Educate the client and family members on health management and medication compliance.
• Ensure infection control and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Protect client privacy and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (home care, ICU, ER, or medical-surgical experience is an advantage).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to work independently and maintain discretion in a private household.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience caring for elderly, pediatric, post-operative, or chronically ill patients.
• Valid driver's license (if transportation is required).
