Qualifications

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree course.
• 2+ years of work experience as Permitting and Compliance Officer (Business Permits, Building Permits, BOI Registration, BOC Import Clearance, BIR).
• Ability to complete tasks on short notice under extreme time constraints.
• Ability to organize, manage time effectively, evaluate alternative properties and courses of action and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati.
