Job summary

Solar Philippines is seeking a Permitting and Compliance Officer to coordinate with government agencies for permits, licenses, and clearances in Makati. You will manage records, monitor deadlines, and prepare submissions to ensure project timelines stay on track.

You will advise management on regulatory changes, handle BOI registrations, BIR and BOC requirements, and travel as needed to support operations across sites. On-site role in Makati with time-sensitive deliverables.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of permitting and compliance experience.
• Experience with permits, licenses, BOI Registration, BOC Import Clearance, BIR.
• Willing to travel and work onsite in Makati.

Job Requirements

• With at least 2 years of work experience as Permitting and Compliance Officer (Business Permits, Building Permits, BOI Registration, BOC Import Clearance, BIR.
• Ability to complete tasks on short notice under extreme time constraints. Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
• Ability to organize, manage time effectively, evaluate alternative properties and courses of action and decide appropriate action in complex situations with multiple variables, and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel
