Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience in FMCG industry.

• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute all Decision Support Financial Services and Accounting Operations activities for Nestlé Business Services in a timely manner according to KPIs.
• Drive towards excellence by ensuring best practices and internal controls; propose change initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Ensure reconciliations and Period End Close steps are performed accurately and on time; follow up on open items in assigned balance sheet accounts.
• Ensure Magnitude Schedules are prepared on-time, accurately and according to NAS & NAS standards.
• Review and sign-off of the closing booklet for assigned company codes.
• Coordinate workstream reviews and co-facilitate MOR to resolve open items.
