Nysonian Inc. seeks a Video Editor to craft high-performing paid social ads for its global brands. You will edit raw footage into compelling, performance-driven content optimized for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, with a direct impact on ad performance and growth.

The role focuses on performance marketing creative, offering growth opportunities, ownership, and performance-based earnings beyond base salary.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of video editing experience in fast-paced environments (agency, DTC, or E‑Commerce).
• Advanced editing tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or equivalent.
• Exposure to AI-driven video tools like Runway ML to boost production efficiency.
• Strong understanding of formats and performance across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and produce high-quality video assets across social media, paid ads, websites, and campaigns.
• Craft compelling narratives with hooks, pacing, and platform-optimized storytelling.
• Transform UGC, influencer content, and brand footage into polished ads.
• Add motion graphics, captions, music, and sound design to elevate content quality.
• Convert long-form content into short-form formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align with brand goals.
• Manage multiple projects with fast turnarounds while following brand standards.
• Analyze performance data to improve future ads.
