Job summary

Nysonian Inc. is seeking a Video Editor to craft high-performing paid social video ads for its global brands. You will turn raw footage into compelling, performance-driven content optimized for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube with a focus on driving purchases and ROAS.

This role offers growth, ownership, and additional earnings based on ad performance. You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure brand alignment and timely delivery across campaigns.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Communications, or related field.
2-4 years of video editing experience in fast-paced environments.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or equivalents.
Exposure to AI-driven tools like Runway ML to enhance production.
Strong understanding of platform formats and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Edit and produce high-quality video assets across social media, paid ads, websites, and campaigns.
Craft narratives with hooks, pacing, and platform-optimized storytelling.
Transform UGC, influencer content, and brand footage into polished deliverables.
Integrate motion graphics, captions, music, and sound design.
Convert long-form content into short-form formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align with brand/campaigns.
Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround while maintaining brand standards.
Analyze creative performance to improve future ads using data and learnings.
