Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in nonfunctional performance, load, stress, and scalability testing.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of nonfunctional requirements, testing techniques, and tools (LoadRunner/JMeter/Gatling).
• Understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, Agile, and Waterfall.
• Familiarity with web services and REST APIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of MySQL/Oracle/SQL Server, JUnit/TestNG/Selenium, and performance/scalability factors.
• Preferred: ISTQB CTFL, CPEP, or CFT training or certification.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements; develop plans, scenarios, cases, strategies, and KPIs with stakeholders.
• Run cloud/on-premise tests; analyze results and diagnose performance issues.
• Analyze bottlenecks, recommend tuning, assist improvements, and prepare reports.
• Continuously improve testing capabilities and produce Bank development documents.
• Research technologies, select tools, build platforms, improve quality and efficiency.
• Foster collaboration and improvement; uphold bank policies and professional conduct.
